My passion for healthcare began at the age of twelve while volunteering in a nursing home. Those early experiences shaped my commitment to compassionate care and eventually led me to work as a direct support professional and later own and operate long-term care and assisted living facilities. Today, that experience guides our mission as AMS has evolved into a healthcare recruiting and permanent placement firm.
