EMPLOYEE REQUIREMENTS
AMS requires candidates to meet the following requirements:

Present a neat professional appearance

Be at least 18 years of age
-
Have no criminal record
-
Have at least 6 months of recent healthcare experience.
-
Have an unencumbered license for RN and/or LPN
-
Have good references from two previous employer(s)
-
A smartphone with working service
-
Proof of Identity and eligibility to work in the United States

CPR Certification from The American Heart Association

Immunization Records

Diplomas: College, High School, or GED Certificate


ANNUAL RENEWAL REQUIREMENTS
The following information requires yearly renewal to be filed in your employee records due to OSHA requirements or other licensing agencies.

TB skin test/ Chest X-ray

CPR Every 2 years
-
Nursing Assistant/ CMT Certification (SRNA every 2 years)
-
Nursing Assistant CEUs
-
Nursing License- KY yearly
-
Mandatory agency annual in-service
