EMPLOYEE REQUIREMENTS

AMS requires candidates to meet the following requirements:

  • Present a neat professional appearance

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Have no criminal record

  • Have at least 6 months of recent healthcare experience.

  • Have an unencumbered license for RN and/or LPN

  • Have good references from two previous employer(s)

  • A smartphone with working service

  • Proof of Identity and eligibility to work in the United States

 

AMS Healthcare Staffing has a Zero-Tolerance drug policy

Please have the following items ready when applying for employment:

  • Social Security Card

  • Valid State Issued Photo ID

  • CPR Certification from The American Heart Association

  • Immunization Records

  • Diplomas: College, High School, or GED Certificate

ANNUAL RENEWAL REQUIREMENTS

The following information requires yearly renewal to be filed in your employee records due to OSHA requirements or other licensing agencies.

  • TB skin test/ Chest X-ray

  • CPR Every 2 years

  • Nursing Assistant/ CMT Certification (SRNA every 2 years)

  • Nursing Assistant CEUs

  • Nursing License- KY yearly

  • Mandatory agency annual in-service
